It is not easy to generate diversity, being born in the same era, the same generation. It’s better to have numerous elements to allow them to come across which in some cases lead to innovation.

Unless people having different positions and backgrounds are put in structure, it is hard to know the cores of problems. Nowadays, more people try to respect and understand each other, this is of course a progress, but as a next step society faces how social structure can be built up to be able to deal with social issues.

Setting up social structure in which diverse people take part in is necessary to make society for everyone lives there.

The labeling of right -wing or left-wing is not to persons, it’s rather the opinions each person has.

This is very risky at this moment since the world tends to be influenced by emotions than facts. I think that in the world after the Internet emerged our media literacy hasn’t reached the point that we can move to next phase of democracy. The time hasn’t come yet, but we can have (or at least share) better ways to reflect public opinions in the near future.
