Children, France and Japan

In March 2019, France 2 broadcasted the program named “Japan, the children kidnapped”[1].

For example, a case which was broadcasted on the program is that “after his divorce, the French justice gave him the right to see his daughter one weekend in two and half of the vacation”[2], but since the mother and the child live in Japan, his right to see the child doesn’t work.

I do not too much step into personal issues, but Japan needs to work on this situation for the children and parents of this case.
