Public trust towards media and whether media are actually working well or not

There are some researches on whether media in countries are trusted by its citizens or not. But even if the public have confidence in media, it doesn’t guarantee that the media are working well.

It depends on a country whether its media is working well or not even if its citizens considers its media (un)trustworthy. If people have high media literacy, their trust would be lower since they demand better working of media.
